The SPEED-KAMUMU is a compact cable muffle CWDM/DWDM multiplexer suitable for passive multiplexing of e.g. CWDM applications in fiber optic cable ducts or MDFs. The integrated WDM components are specially hardened for temperatures in rough ambient conditions to be used even outside with danger of ground frost. The compact SPEED-KAMUMU are supplied with a standard DIN-rail clip for an easy-to-handle installation with muffle-specific mounting kit. Fiber optic lines are surrounded by a flexible, but robust and strain-relieved fiber protection in order that splicing can be carried out by a minimum risk of damage. The SPEED-KAMUMU contains no active electronic components and can therefore be used in applications without any difficulties where no active multiplexing technology are allowed to be integrated. The number of WDM channels can be changed and flexibly produced based on project specifications to ensure optimal attenuation for critical applications.
