Star-shaped location connection by remote management using CWDM

This SPEED-CARRIER with its 1U size is an extremely flexible and compact chassis. An outstanding port density for powerful access and aggregation technologies can be achieved by providing just four slots. The module slots can be used for multiple purposes e.g. for integration of passive SPEED-CWDM multiplexer or for up to four arbitrary active SPEED modules. The redundant AC or/and DC power supply creates platform redundancy for highly available networks. No minimum distance to other units is required due to the perfected sidewise concept for air circulation.
