Description
The SPEED-SWITCH COPPER is an unique and patented mobile network solution. Small LANs can be designed independent of location using this cable drum switch. Applications extend from temporary installations at events such as sport events, LAN parties or fairs up to the emergency use in cases of failure of transmission paths or network components. The SPEED-SWITCH COPPER is used particularly as a solution to manage network failures where it is highly suitable due to its simple and fast installation. The cable drum switch also enables an easy access to data networks at conferences for instance for participants and journalists by quickly creating a plug & play infrastructure. The integrated 8-port 10/100Mbps Ethernet switch offers customers a high performance network with auto-sensing and auto-negotiation. The SPEED-SWITCH COPPER is available with a 45m or 90m copper cable. The special cable sheath is designed to withstand high mechanical strain. The power supply is provided by an integrated mains adapter.
