Thanks to the WYSIWYG concept, the configurator offers a playful DWDM planning. In five steps, a price indication with BOM can be generated based on the SPEED-OTS-5000 system from Pan Dacom Direkt.
The modern web interface allows intuitive use of the DWDM configurator and does not require any specialist knowledge: After entering the sites to be connected, the required bandwidth, and service and support options, such as 24/7 hotline or installation, the DWDM configurator calculates all relevant performance values such as data rate, number of channels, latency, power consumption, and required height units in the network cabinet. Further configuration options include an optional AES 256-bit encryption on layer 1 and the activation of a backup line.
